Restaurant Mosaic celebrates with Moses Magwaza
Moses Magwaza Commis Sommelier at Restaurant Mosaic has successfully
completed his Certificate Course at the Cape Wine Academy, as well as his South
African Brandy Course. During our celebration ceremony at Restaurant Mosaic our Sommelier Germain Lehodey presented Moses with his Apprentice Sommeliers pin in recognition of his hard work and academic achievements.
We wish Moses continued success on his journey to becoming a great Sommelier.
