A restaurant worth a visit...
Chef Johann Rappenglück received his first star from Michelin in 2014, and after the meal we had at Les Deux I don't think his second is too far away. His food is innovative, in perfect harmony, it's beautifully plated and is served with the most delicious sauces... This is one of those restaurants where you wish you could eat every night.
What an incredible market....
Just a few blocks from Marienplatz, is the colorful and sense tempting Viktualienmarkt - Munich's daily outdoor farmers market. There is a phenomenal variety of vibrant vegetables, exotic fruit, meats, pastries, flowers and an incredible selection of cheeses being offered at the market. - this is truly every chef's paradise... The Mosaic Team was very excited to receive Niels Verburg from Luddite Wines this past Tuesday! He is renowned in the wine-world for producing truly excellent Shiraz very consistently for the past 15 years! He eventually found two new vineyard sites of Chenin Blanc, Wildekrans in the Bot River which has 30 year old vines and Avontzon Farm in the Van der Stel Pass. . .

Moses Magwaza Commis Sommelier at Restaurant Mosaic has successfully completed his Certificate Course at the Cape Wine Academy, as well as his South African Brandy Course. During our celebration ceremony at Restaurant Mosaic our Sommelier Germain Lehodey presented Moses with his Apprentice Sommeliers pin in recognition of his hard work and academic achievements.
